Well, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families and where possible you were able to offer hospitality to someone who was unable to be with theirs. For me it was a great experience having my first full thanksgiving dinner with my brothers in the Josephite family. I made a traditional English accompaniment for Turkey called “Bread Sauce”, “hmmmmm num num num!” So after the big “blow out” (that’s what we feel like in England after a big feast!) I expect you want to take it easy. Well sorry no chance year! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have the parish English speaking mission. Patrick Madrid, well known radio show host and Catholic Apologist, will be with us giving input in the morning and the evening too, so please come in your 1000s to be enriched spiritually after having been enriched bodily with all the Turkey, pecan pie and all the gastronomic delights of Thanksgiving!
