Volunteer sign-up sheets are hanging in the vestibule. Please give us one hour of your time to make this the best festival ever.
We now have two classic automobiles that will be on display are looking for one more. Please email dlebard@lebards.com if interested.
We are still looking for Elvis impersonators, if you know of anyone who would love to mingle with our crowd, please email Christine Meugniot at ckmeugniot@gmail.com
DO YOU LIKE TO BAKE? The Dessert booth is in need of baked desserts and goodies. Please consider baking something or picking up a dessert at the store — all donations are welcome. We also need cakes for the Cake Walk Booth. Please bring your donations on the Saturday before the festival (September 7th) to the Mahan Room. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mary Padilla at mpadilla@calpoly.edu.
This year as a special treat to our children we are having a Cupcake Decorating Booth. We are looking for 5000 unfrosted cupcakes, frosting in tubs, and any other items to decorate a fabulous cupcake. Any questions please contact Sr.Catherine@sldm.org.
PHOTO BOOTH—we will have a photo booth here this year for family fun and photos. If you own any costumes you would be willing to donate for the day, please contact Debbie at dlebard@lebards.com
