are on sale after all masses until day of festival. As a reminder if you haven’t turned in your raffle tickets, there will be three very happy people who will walk away with $10,000 total. Don’t forget to turn in your raffle tickets to ensure you have a change to be one of those lucky three!

Presale of wrist bands after the masses will be $15.00 each, the day of festival they will be $20.00 each. Wrist bands are good for children’s rides ONLY, does not include children’s games.


We are still in need of 15 bales of hay, if you know of anyone that would lend these to us (we will gladly return them in good condition) please email Debbie LeBard at dlebard@lebards.com.


We still need one more face painter to liven up the faces of our little ones. If you know of anyone that can do this, please have them email Debbie LeBard.


As a reminder, all desserts for the Dessert Booth and Cake Walk should be dropped off Saturday, September 6th between 8 and 12p.m in the Fireside Room. Please label what your dessert is going to, either Dessert Booth or Cake Walk.


Final notice to all food booth managers that your list of items needed must be in to Yolanda Charette no later than August 25th. You can contact Yolanda at charette@verizon.net with any questions or concerns. Dime Raffle items will be accepted by Tammy Jepsen until September 3rd, please drop your new items to Tammy at 1240 Ken Avenue.

Our wonderful volunteers have once again started donating one hour of their time by signing up in the vestibule for hours needed to help run the festival.

If you haven’t already signed up, please do so after the mass today. With this being our 50th festival, please help us make this one the best ever and most memorable of all.
