For those of you that may be new to our parish, this is the only fund raiser of the year. The proceeds from this event go to support all our ministries in the church so your time, talents and treasures are welcomed.
We had our first meeting on May 28th and need items to be donated to make our Dime Raffle Booth and Family Bingo a success. We are happy with very small items to very large items, but ask that all donations be new. Please email any questions you may have for Family Bingo to Emma Senger at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tammy Jepsen will be in charge of the Dime Raffle booth this year. If anyone would like to assist Tammy with this booth, she would welcome your help. Please feel free to call Tammy at 720-4751 with any items you wish to donate or email her at Tammyjepsen64@yahoo.com
We also need bales of hay to decorate our stage in the WESTERN THEME we have chosen this year. If you have any items that would work with a western theme (such as cowboy boots, belts, hats, saddles, wagon wheels, etc.) please email Debbie LeBard at email@example.com.
Finally, anyone interested in running a food booth this year MUST contact Yolanda Charette, discuss what type of food you want to offer, and how much space you will need. You can contact Yolanda at firstname.lastname@example.org.
